“I have been married to my wife Stephanie, for 15 years, and we have a daughter, Caroline, who is 11 years old and attends Dalton Middle School. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Marketing/Advertising degree. I love supporting local business. I love supporting our local schools. Having been born and raised in Dalton, and going out of state to college, I have been able to see what a special town we have. Our school system is a step above others, and having my mother, and my wife as educators, I know how much they care for their profession as well. It’s nice to be able to drive around, see people you know everywhere, and not be stuck in “rush hour” all the time that a big city has.
I am a graduate of Leadership Dalton in 2007. This program opened my eyes to another level of Dalton that I did not know about. I choose to live in Dalton because of the size of our community, the passion that our young professionals have, and the diversity that has come with our growth. We don’t give up; we will make things better for our present, and keep looking ahead.”
